Gladys also defined Awra’s personality as she knows him. Awra, according to the veteran actress, is humorous off-camera, respectful, loves to joke, and loves to pull pranks on his fellow stars.

“Ang experience ko sa kanya, working with him, wala, nakakatawa kahit off cam. Respectful din siya. Pero mahilig mam-prank. Kami ni Ate Uge, pina-prank niya. Lalo na si Ate Uge,” said Gladys during interview with Pep.

Awra made headlines recently after getting detained for yelling and causing a scene outside a club in Makati City. Despite this, Gladys had a positive experience with Awra.

“Pero wala, wala akong bad experience kay Awra. Kasi very ano naman yung bata, marespeto sa amin.” she said. At the same time, Gladys specified the bar incident that Awra was involved in.

“So, hindi ko alam kung ano man ang nangyari dun nung gabing yun. Pero I’m sure naman, si Awra, meron din siyang natutunan with that, di ba? Kumbaga, ganun naman tayo. May mga pinagdadaanan tayo na natututo tayo,” she said.
