Assunta de Rossi has no plan yet of returning to showbiz
Actress Assunta de Rossi talked about being a mother to Giulia Fiorentina Alessandra or Fiore, her miracle baby.
Assunta shared her motherhood journey since she knew that she was pregnant. Fiore is a miracle baby because the actress had difficulty having the child because of her health condition.
Assunta and Fiore attended the recent birthday celebration of the Farrell Triplets, the daughters of former actress Ramona Revilla, based on the article in PEP.
During the event, Assunta de Rossi shared how she is as a mother. She admitted that there was a bit of “parental shock” even though she had read and watched a lot of materials about parenthood.
“Tapos gitna pa ng pandemic. So, wala ako masyadong support from family, kasi nga wala yung parents ko, wala akong kasamang kapatid. E, talagang ganun. So, ni-navigate ko yung motherhood, halos mag-isa lang din talaga ako. Wala masyadong guidance,” she added.
Assunta also shared that since her husband Jules Ledesma is “takot” to babies, he would just give her moral support. With this, she is the one who is doing the chores. The actress said that she is thankful that she has helpers.
For now, Assunta said that she has no plan of returning to showbiz. She said that her focus is on Fiore and her miracle baby is her priority. The actress waited for this for too long.
“Kahit hanggang mag-18 years old siya, okay lang. Dinedicate ko talaga yung buhay ko… sa motherhood talaga. Ang tagal ko rin bago siya… di ba, ang tagal ko siyang inantay. So, nung dumating nga siya, siguro parang naisip ko nga rin na it is a new chapter,” Assunta de Rossi said.
