Valentine Rosales Retracts Apology to Awra Briguela Over His Arrest

Social media personality Valentine Rosales retracts his apology to actor Awra Briguela after the release of CCTV footage in the bar.

In a previous article, the popular internet personality apologized publicly to Awra for his alleged “insensitive” comment following the actor’s imprisonment. Authorities apprehended the former child star after he was involved in a brawl at a bar in Makati City.

Several hours after the event, Valentine made a remark about Awra, but it was met with backlash from netizens who defended the actor. Valentine apologized to Awra and even congratulated her for being a ‘wonderful friend’.

“First of all, I want to apologize to Awra. I’m really sorry, masyado akong nagsalita nang hindi ko pa alam ‘yung buong story. Dinelete ko ‘yung comment ko and hindi na ako sasawsaw, magbabagong buhay na ako.” Valentine said.

Valentine then retracted his official apologies to Awra after CCTV evidence from the bar where the latter was partying was made public. The video provided new information about the event involving the Kapamilya actor.

“Sabi ko na nga ba tama ako eh! Dapat pala di na ko nag sorry minsan na nga lang tumama binawi pa, mali mali talaga desisyon [ko] sa buhay,” Valentine tweeted.

“Ilabas ang eksenang may hinipoan at pinag tatanggol! Imbento kayo! Alam ko na yan style na yan ganyan din ginawa ko sa 7/11 wala kayo maloloko parepareho tayong bakla may nag mamalinis lang at tulad ko na tanggap ang ugali kong masama at prolematic atleast totoo di plastic!” he added in his post.

  1. There is always two side of a story. This is NOT a gender bias issue that sometimes it is being used by groups who wants to sensationalize SOGIE issues and concerns. Crime does not pay…GMRC to gen z youth. Lets us value respect begets respect.
