Ricci Rivero Speaks About The "Girl" In His Place That Andrea Brillantes Saw

In an interview, Ricci Rivero finally addresses the speculations surrounding his recent breakup.

RICCI RIVERO – Basketball player Ricci Rivero finally speaks about his controversial breakup with Andrea Brillantes.

ABS-CBN actress Andrea Brillantes and athlete Ricci Rivero’s split was a much talked-about topic in the previous weeks. In a previous article, the young actress expressed that she is still in the process of moving on.

She still endures the pain of the split but despite the pain, she is thankful for the presence of her family and friends. They were the people she leaned on while she was going through this.

There were several online that explained why the two broke up but the most dominant rumor was because of a third party. They were also rumors about the basketball player being caught red-handed with a girl in his place by Andrea.

Amid all these speculations, Rivero finally addressed the issues in an interview with Boy Abunda in his Kapuso show.

According to Rivero, it was April of this year when they decided to cool off and they officially ended their relationship the first week of May. They tried hard to fix their issues and problems before they ended their relationship.

He added, “Ang cause ng breakup, yung speculations na kumakalat sa social media na may nakita siyang girl dun sa place ko. Pero ilang beses po naman naming pinag-usapan ito. Sobrang daming beses.”

He has explained to her with all the pieces of evidence he has to prove that the girl is not his. Rivero revealed that Andrea has seen the girl in his place.

“Sinabi ko sa kanya with all the evidences I have na hindi sa akin yung girl. May papuntang friend akong midnight tapos hindi ko naman alam na may kasama siya. Yun ang inabutan niya [Andrea],” he said.

He added that they separated on good terms. He also dismissed the accusations about him just using the actress to boost his image and career. He shared that if he would have wanted her that way, he should have accepted the offers he got while they were still together.
