Joey de Leon Post: Is This A ‘Patama’ To TAPE & GMA?

Joey de Leon is not over yet in sharing meaningful posts

Henyo Master Joey de Leon shared a post that appeared to be his “patama” to TAPE Inc, the production company behind Eat Bulaga, and GMA-7 which is also known as the Kapuso network.

Joey is known for coming up with lines and phrases that oftentimes become viral. These past few days, her Instagram Page is filled with meaningful posts regarding the longest-running noontime show.

For many years, he is known as the creator of the Eat Bulaga title but there is a possibility that they can’t use this as the title of their show on TV5 because the Kapuso noontime show retained this name.

Joey de Leon, along with Vic and Tito Sotto, is aiming to still use the title that he created. Bossing Vic even got emotional when he stressed that during the media conference on June 20 that they will use the title no matter what.

In a recent Instagram post, the Henyo Master continued his meaningful post saga for the show that they have been hosting for 44 long years.

Joey shared a throwback photo of him with Tito and Vic. The other half of the photo was taken during their contract signing with TV5 on Tuesday.

In the caption of his post, the Henyo Master stressed that “tape” cannot be spelled without “eat.” “And you cannot spell “heart” without EAT,” he added.

In the comment section of Joey de Leon’s post, a netizen said that because of what is happening, more henyo words are being brought up by the Henyo Master. “Marami tuloy lumalabas na Salita galing sa baol ng utak ni Boss Henyo,” Instagram user @edj1064 commented.
