Judy Ann Santos opened up about this phase she went through
Soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos revealed that there was a chapter in her life when she became rebellious.
Juday has been in the industry for 37 years now. From being a child star who made the viewers with her dramatic scenes, she became one of the most respected actresses in the Philippine entertainment industry.
She proved that longevity in showbiz is achievable and her talent paved the way for her. Juday is also loved for just being herself.
In a recent interview on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk Judy Ann Santos revealed that there was also a point in her life when she felt so down despite the fame that she has.
There was a point when she really felt alone and she was thinking people around her were just there because of her status in showbiz.
“Para sa sarili ko, sa pagkakataong ito, pwede kong sabihing yung pagsimula ko nu’ng teenage years ko na umiinom ako, lumalabas ako at naglalasing ako, I think yun yung rebellious point ko, na talagang, pakawala ako,” the actress answered when asked by Tito Boy if there was a time she became a “rebelde.”
Juday was doing several projects at that time to the point when she was already unaware of what shooting she was at. Fortunately, back then, there was no social media yet. She said that no one captured her “pagwawala” when she wanted to let out all her emotions.
The actress explained that she did not do that in public places but in private places where she would intentionally get drunk to burst what she felt. Judy Ann Santos explained that she did not because she did not want to bring that burden to her colleagues when she would go back to work.
