Celebrity couple Cristine Reyes and Marco Gumabao are set to star in a series that will be released on Viva One.

Cristine and Marco announced their relationship through a social media post and this caught the attention of the online community. They worked together in the movie Martyr or Murderer but their characters are not paired in the said project.

After doing that film by director Darryl Yap, Cristine and Marco were seen together in several instances. With this, rumors surfaced linking them romantically.

Now, they are set to be paired in a new series. Based on the article in PEP, Viva Studio President Val del Rosario, who is also the producer of Viva One series The Rain in España featuring Heaven Peralejo and Marco Gallo, shared that Cristine Reyes and Marco Gumabao will be the next stars of the television remake of Minsan Pa Nating Hagkan ang Nakaraan which is a blockbuster 1983 Viva Films movie starring Christopher de Leon and Vilma Santos.

Val shared that this project was already pitched to Marco and Cristine even before they revealed the real score between them. Aside from the celebrity couple, it was also revealed that Nadine Lustre will also star in a Viva One series titled Roadkillers.

Cristine Reyes will do another series under Viva One and she will be paired with Empoy Marquez and this is titled Kidnap for Romance.

Meanwhile, it was previously mentioned that people around Cristine are happy with the status of her love life now. It was also said that the loved ones and friends of the actress are rooting for her relationship with Marco. Cristine’s sister actress Ara Mina even shared during an interview that she hopes Marco will be the Dave in the life of her younger sister. Ara is happily married now to public servant Dave Almarinez.
