Lolit Solis shared a write-up about Willie Revillame’s career status

Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis compared veteran TV host Willie Revillame to the legendary trio of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, also known as the TVJ.

In recent months, Willie’s show Wowowin and TVJ’s show Eat Bulaga, are hot topics on social media and in the four corners of showbiz. The longest-running noontime show is under a controversial issue as the management of TAPE Inc. changed.

Rumor has it that the Kapuso noontime show will probably transfer to another network. In a previous statement, Tito revealed that their camp has been negotiating with Brightlight Production’s head Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez.

Some reports also surfaced that Eat Bulaga might be aired on TV5 or Net25. These past few months, Willie Revillame’s show is also the talk of the town. It is because of his decision to resign from ALLTV, and issues surfaced about the airing of shows on the said TV network owned by business tycoon Manny Villar.

In a recent Instagram write-up, Lolit Solis shared that, unlike TVJ who are “pinag-aagawan,” Willie seemed to have nowhere to go. The veteran writer mentioned that showbiz has been talking about the possible decision of the legendary trio to transfer and that until now, they are highly regarded in the industry.

“Malaking addition sa network na lilipatan nila. Malaking karangalan maging artists sila ng anuman istasyon,” Lolit said. She added that with the years that the TVJ spent in the entertainment industry, there was no issue when it comes to their jobs.

“Tito Sotto, Joey de Leon at Vic Sotto, mananatili silang haligi ng entertaintment industry. Forever TVJ, bongga Salve at Gorgy, clap clap tayong lahat,” Lolit Solis stressed.
