Soul Siren Nina reveals that she chose to stay away from social media for a while
Soul Siren Nina has finally talked about her husband Coy Enriquez and their daughter named Ysabella.
Nina is one of the most admired singers in the Philippines. With her voice, she has received a lot of recognition already. With her years in the music industry, Nina has done countless sold-out concerts in different parts of the country, as well as abroad.
Many fans know her songs by heart but only a few people know about her personal life. Nina said in a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, that it was her conscious effort to make her family life private.
The Soul Siren said that many people do not know that she is already married and that she has a daughter now who is already seven years old. Nina shared that in recent tours in the US and Canada, people would ask about her status.
The singer said that she really intended not to post on social media about her family life for the longest time.
“Kasi para kapag lumabas kami, hindi masyadong pagkaguluhan sila or kunwari sila man lang lumabas on their own, kumbaga kunwari tatawagin ‘yung anak ko, ‘Ysabela,’ magugulat siya. ‘Bakit ako kilala?’” she explained.
Nina also shared that she explained to her husband why she is not posting about their family, unlike other celebrities. She stressed that she really wanted to have a private family life. “Para mayroon tayong private mode ganyan. Hindi masyadong magulo,” the singer added.
The Soul Siren also shared some of the changes that happened to her life when she started having her own family. She said that before having her daughter, she does not how to cook but now, she is starting to learn simple menus.
