Pia Wurtzbach is changing her residence
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will move to Dubai in United Arab Emirates (UAE) after marrying businessman Jeremy Jauncey.
Pia surprised many of her fans when she shared a wedding video. She officially announced through this video that she and Jeremy tied the knot last March at a private resort in Seychelles.
The ceremony was so intimate that only three of their closest friends were the only witnesses.
Previously, Pia Wurtzbach mentioned that she intended to have a simple intimate wedding and she was able to achieve that. There was no glamour team as she was the one who did her make-up and hair, just like what she was trained in when she joined pageants.
Although the couple did not have a lot of guests, well-wishers on social media rained. A lot of people, celebrities and fans, congratulated them and wished their relationship well.
Based on the article in The Philippine Star, a representative from Empire Philippines, the company managing Pia’s career, shared that the third Pinay Miss Universe will be moving to Dubai now that she is Mrs. Jauncey.
Jeremy is based in Dubai where he does his business. Previously, reports surfaced that Pia is selling her fully-furnished condominium unit in Makati City which is worth P48 million.
Although Pia is technically living in Dubai, she will continue traveling back and forth to the Philippines due to work. It was also said that she has been actively working with Dubai-based Filipino designers such as MUPH Design Council Head Albert Andrada.
Pia’s winning and iconic blue Miss Universe gown was created by Andrada. The former beauty queen has been working with designers Furne One and Michael Cinco, as well.
