Raffy Tulfo Has the Highest Rating for Most Trusted and Approved Senator
Senator Raffy Tulfo gets the highest trust and approval rating among the country’s current senators, based on a survey.
Tulfo obtained the highest scores among senators, according to the findings of a significant data research business nationwide poll. Tulfo achieved a 90 percent trust rating and an 83 percent approval rating from 2,000 Tangere poll respondents.
According to the report, the findings were made public on Wednesday, April 26. Senator Grace Poe (84 percent trust rating and 79 percent approval rating), Senator Joel Villanueva (83 percent trust rating and 76 percent approval rating), Senator Sherwin Gatchalian (80 percent trust rating and 75 percent approval rating), and Senator Francis Escudero (80 percent trust rating and 74 percent approval rating) are the senators with the next highest trust and approval ratings.
According to Tangere founder and CEO Martin Peaflor, the top five senators continuously obtained excellent marks for both trust and approbation based on the poll results. Meanwhile, Senators Alan Peter Cayetano, Cynthia Villar, and Bong Revilla Jr. are “consistent” with the lowest rankings, according to Peaflor.
According to the survey results, Cayetano has a 53% trust rating and a 51% approval rating, Villar has a 55% trust rating and a 51% approval rating, and Revilla has a 57% trust rating and a 53% approval rating. The mobile-based study was performed from April 17 to 20, with survey respondents representing the following areas proportionally across the country.
12 percent are from Metro Manila, 23% are from North and Central Luzon, 22% are from South Luzon (including Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Bicol), 20% are from the Visayas, and 23% are from Mindanao.
