Bea Alonzo talked about the reunion she had with fellow stars and Mr. M
Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo revealed that during the reunion with starmaker Johnny Manahan, also known as Mr. M, she did not expect that she will “malalasing.”
To recall, last month, photos of Bea with Heart Evangelista, Maja Salvador, Piolo Pascual, Jericho Rosales, Diether Ocampo, John Lloyd Cruz, and Mr. M surfaced on social media. The reunion made Star Magic fans excited.
The celebrities are among the stars who were handled by Mr. M when he was the head of Star Magic.
In a recent vlog, based on the article in Inquirer, Bea Alonzo talked about what happened that day. She shared that the reunion was a celebration of Piolo and Mr. M’s birthdays. The hunk actor’s birthday is on January 12 while Mr. M’s birthday is on February 11.
It was a fun moment for everyone. They had dinner at Mr. M’s new apartment. Hindi ko ine-expect na malalasing ako. Para akong nag-birthday party kasi ako ‘yung pinaka-nag-enjoy,” she shared.
Bea said that the reunion was kept on pushed back because of their busy schedules. The actress also shared that their gathering was like a high school or college reunion.
“It was really nice to rekindle friendships with the people I grew up with, especially si Heart and lagi na kaming magkasama. I was really happy to see Piolo, of course Mr. M, and everyone else, including John Lloyd, sina Maja, Diether na matagal ko nang hindi nakikita,” the former Kapamilya actress said.
Bea also said that being with people who she knows for a very long time already broke down her wall. She really enjoyed that moment being herself without worrying about what others would think about her.
On the other hand, Bea Alonzo clarified that the reunion was not about an upcoming film project. However, she said that she is hoping that she will have the chance to work with her friends again in the future.
“Marami kaming pinag-usapan na movies together,” the actress said and flashed a meaningful smile.
