Fans are waiting for what will happen in Eat Bulaga
An insider revealed that staff or people working behind the camera in the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga are still intact.
Along with the rebranding issue, it was rumored that changes in staff and the line-up of the hosts will happen. However, in a recent interview, TAPE Inc. chief financial officer Bullet Jalosjos debunked the allegations that a new set of hosts will replace TVJ and the rest of the Dabarkads.
Following that statement from the show’s executive with the blessing of the board of the production company behind EB, entertainment columnist Jun Lalin asked an insider about the upcoming changes that will occur.
Bullet Jalosjos that Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon will remain in the show along with other Dabarkas but new hosts will be introduced. He also said that new segments will be added. The show’s executive stressed that Eat Bulaga will not be “new” but a “more improved” one.
When Lalin asked the insider about this, it was said that this was something that has not been announced yet. The Monday and Tuesday episodes of the show are just taped. “Hindi namin alam kung magla-live na ba kami palagi kapag nagsimula na ang changes. Ni hindi pa namin alam ang changes,” the insider said.
When it comes to the staff of the show, the insider shared, “Sa staff naman, complete pa naman kami.”
Meanwhile, Jun Lalin shared that because of the issue surrounding the Kapuso noontime show, the viewership even increased. The writer also shared that every time they would go abroad, there were many Pinoys living in other countries asking about the latest thing happening in the show.
