Fans of Bea Alonzo noticed that her name was not mentioned in a TV Patrol’s report
ABS-CBN primetime news program TV Patrol reported about Ang Larawan: The Concert with its star-studded cast but fans of now-Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo were dismayed that her name was not mentioned.
Ang Larawan is a musical play and rehearsals are now being made for the concert. Based on the article in Balita, in a report for the showbiz segment of TV Patrol, the artists who were there during the rehearsal were mentioned.
However, fans noticed that Bea’s name was not mentioned and this did not sit well with them.
In the report, the names of Hajji Alejandro, Nonie Buencamino, Agot Isidro, Rachel Alejandro, Mitch Valdes, Ricky Davao, Kakai Bautista, Kakki Teodoro, Markki Stroem, Karylle, and Jericho Rosales were enumerated and after that, ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe said, “at iba pa.”
Some fans aired their dismay on social media. Here are some tweets.
On April 19, MJ Felipe did a follow-up interview and it was specifically focused on Bea Alonzo and Paolo Avelino, who starred in the movie version in 2017.
Some fans of Bea said that it appeared that MJ got scolded by the executives and so he did another report mentioning the Kapuso actress. A fan account shared this tweet.
“TV Patrol’s producer for that specific interview was reprimanded by the top executives for their intentional and disrespectful act to omit Bea’s interview. Hence the solo feature as a “pambawi”. I say desurb!” the fan of the Kapuso actress said.
Meanwhile, it was rumored that Bea Alonzo’s supposed movie with Alden Richards is no longer happening because of the alleged “clash” between them.
