Graduating Female DLSU Student Killed After being Stabbed by Robber in Cavite
Graduating female student of De La Salle University (DLSU) died after being stabbed by a robber in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
A young graduating college student got into a horrible fate after being stabbed and robbed by a suspected thief in her dorm. Queen Leanne Daguinsin, 24, was identified as a graduating student in a Bachelor of Computer Science at DLSU in Dasmarias City, Cavite.
According to PCol. Christopher Olazo, provincial director of the Cavite Police Provincial Office, the victim’s body was discovered inside his dormitory in the aforementioned city at about 4 p.m. The victim’s landlady worries why the victim hasn’t left her room to go to school, and her classmates are phoning her.
The landlady was forced to open the victim’s room, and she was astounded to discover that the victim had been soaked in her blood and lifeless, with a pillow covering her face. During the police investigation into the aforementioned crime, it was discovered that the victim’s smartphone, money, and laptop were missing, implying that the motive for the crime was theft.
On the CCTV, a suspect dressed in a blue t-shirt, black shorts, and a black cap was observed passing via the rooftop of the other dormitory across from the victim’s room. The victim also died as a result of 14 stab wounds to the body and neck, based on the report.
The police are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend the perpetrator as soon as possible. The police have asked the public to contact the nearest police station if they know who the suspect is or have information on his identity.
Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. has already offered a P600,000 reward, as has Cavite Governor Juanito Victor Remulla. Remulla offered a P300,000 incentive first, then Revilla followed suit with a similar offer. According to a social media post by the Cavite Police Provincial Office (CPPO), the prize is intended to aid in the identification and arrest of the perpetrator in Daguinsin’s murder.
