Daniel Padilla continues to showcase his talent as a performer
Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla has this reaction when his friends in showbiz tagged him “Concert King.”
Daniel is one of the sought-after actors of his generation. Aside from his acting projects, he is also known as a performer. He already did concerts and shows highlighting his talent in singing.
Just recently, a video of Daniel circulated online. He was showcasing his dance moves in the video which made his fans so happy.
The video was taken during a concert as he was dancing on the stage with the accompaniment of a live band. Speaking of concerts, Daniel Padilla, together with Kathryn Bernardo, Zanjoe Marudo, and Joshua Garcia did an international tour titled ‘G! Kapamilya’. This is to give entertainment to Filipinos in Spain, Italy, and Abu Dhabi.
Based on the article by entertainment columnist Jun Lalin in Abante, Daniel sang a lot of songs during their show in Abu Dhabi. The actor sang live as this is not new to him. It was said that his musical director was Marvin Querido, who also worked with Martin Nievera, who is tagged Concert King, Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda, and many more.
Lalin shared that with this, Zanjoe and Joshua, together with comedian Eric Nicolas would jokingly call Daniel “Concert King.” The columnist said that in his interview with the Supreme Idol which is set to be released on Thursday, the latter said that he does not want to be called Concert King.
“Ayaw nga raw niyang tawagin siyang ganoon. Hindi raw talaga,” Lalin shared, adding that Daniel Padilla indeed has a good heart because he does not want to take the title that is intended for Martin Nievera for many years now.
