Ex-EB Dabarkads Anjo Yllana Reacts to Eat Bulaga Issue: “It’s unfortunate”

EX-EB Dabarkads Anjo Yllana Expresses Thoughts on the Issue of Eat Bulaga

ANJO YLLANA – The former Eat Bulaga Dabarkads expresses his thoughts on the internal issue of the longest-running noontime show.

The former noontime show host gave his thoughts on the ongoing dispute between the hosts and the owner of Eat Bulaga during the mediacon of TV5’s new sitcom Team A. Anjo Yllana is saddened by the loss of previous hosts and the supposed rebranding.

“I’m sad. It’s unfortunate,” said Anjo who is in the cast of Viva TV and TV5’s new sitcom Team A.

Anjo was also EB Dabarkads for several years, but he quit owing to the pandemic, and some Dabarkads have been released. Anjo posted on Facebook that he has already submitted his resignation to management and thanked the “Dabarkads” for 21 years of service.

Anjo appeared in the “Eat Bulaga” segment “Sugod Bahay,” which was canceled owing to the new coronavirus illness 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Meanwhile, Anjo appeared on another Net 25 noontime show.

It didn’t last long, though, because there was a problem with his companions. Anjo did not dispute that she applied for a job at Viva because the company co-produced Team A.

“I also have to work for my family. That’s why when I was asked if I could go to Vivamax, ‘I’ll fix my body first.’ There was nothing to show at Vivamax. Let others do that! Hahaha!”

Bullet Jalosjos will conduct a news conference in April to clear up the rumors regarding Bulaga, according to the “King of Talk” Boy Abunda. Could this include the announcement that Maine Mendoza, who will be replaced by Romy Jalosjos’ daughter, will be removed from the noontime show?
