Netizens Call Out Price Reveal of KMJS After a Photo Card Got Snatched
Concerned netizens were alarmed by the price reveal of Kapuso mo Jessica Soho (KMJS) after a photo card was allegedly snatched in Cubao.
Recently, veteran journalist Jessica Soho’s popular show highlighted a young K-Pop fan who ended up stealing nearly P2 million from her grandma to buy her idols’ merchandise. It was discovered that the senior student was taking money from his grandmother’s cash register in order to purchase things.
According to the show, she also had a daily stipend of P450 and utilized her savings to purchase K-pop memorabilia online. Yet, as her collection increased, the sales at her grandmother’s store is decreasing.
They subsequently discovered that Bea had used the missing funds to purchase K-pop albums, memorabilia, and other items. The K-pop collection is now worth P2.7 million. She currently has roughly 3,000 K-pop photo cards organized in 23 binders and 50 albums of BTS, BLACKPINK, NCT, and ENHYPEN.
The pricing of K-Pop products were revealed throughout the show. Thousands of pesos were allegedly paid for the photo cards. One of the limited edition photo cards was discovered to have P50,000 in value.
Some netizens were concerned after hearing about situations in which photocards were purportedly stolen. His “Sunghoon engenezone” was purportedly snatched at MRT Cubao, according to images published by a netizen. The image clearly shows that a man reportedly took it.
“I think mali na rineveal sa kmjs yung halaga ng mga pcs, kasi look what happened yung lalaki pala na nanghablot is nasa 30s to 40s na, siguro isa to sa nakanood ng kmjs. syempre iisipin na niya mahal yung pc na hinablot niya kay ate this is very alarming” the netizen said in the caption.
