Seasoned actress Sylvia Sanchez admitted that she already bought stuff for he future grandchild.

Sylvia is excited to see her “apo” from her son actor-politician Arjo Atayde with his fiancee Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza who got engaged last year. Her daughter actress Ria Atayde is also in a relationship now with actor Zanjoe Marudo.

Even before the engagement happened, Sylvia already expressed in past interviews that she was telling her children how she wanted to have a grandchild already.

Arjo and Maine are already preparing for their wedding but they haven’t shared further details about this. Ria and Zanjoe haven’t shared recent updates about their relationship. In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Sylvia Sanchez said that she is happy that her children are happy.

“Excited ako sa maraming bagay na huwag na nating pag-usapan! Kung ano man yun, excited na ako, huwag niyo na akong tanungin. Kasi baka ako ang magbuking!” the seasoned actress said with a laugh.

When asked if Arjo and Maine already had a seminar to prepare for their life as a married couple, Sylvia said that she will not say anything about this. On the other hand, she admitted that she is excited to have her grandchild.

“Kasi, may usapan kami noon ng mga anak ko, ‘Huwag niyo akong bigyan ng apo pag hindi pa ako 50. Gusto ko, 50 years old, bigyan niyo na ako ng apo,’” the seasoned actress said.

However, Sylvia stressed that she is not pressuring her children. On the other hand, she is just saying that she is waiting for her “apo.” “Basta ready na ako. In fact, meron na nga akong mga nabili!” the actress revealed.

Sylvia Sanchez also shared that she is willing to pass on Maine Mendoza, her future daughter-in-law, her recipes.
