The TECNO Pouvoir 4 was announced on July 7, 2020. The device comes with a 7-inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and gives a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels.

TECNO Pouvoir 4 is powered by Mediatek MT6761 Helio P22 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is PowerVR GE8320.

The Pouvoir 4 is integrated with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. The device runs on Android 10 + HIOS 6.0.
