Dina Bonnevie explained her birthday cake video that caught the attention of many netizens
Veteran actress Dina Bonnevie said sorry to actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga after her video during her birthday celebration circulated online.
To recall, during Ms. D’s birthday celebration, she made a statement to the waiters who were holding her cakes. “Cakes are to be eaten, not glued on other people’s faces,” Dina said.
This easily caught the attention of the online community because of Alex’s viral video in which she smeared icing on the waiter’s face. It is known to many that Dina and Alex had an “issue” in the past.
In a recent interview on GMA’s afternoon talk show Fast Talk hosted by King of Talk Boy Abunda, Dina Bonnevie has finally addressed the “issue” between her and Alex Gonzaga.
Among the issues that the veteran actress answered was her video taken during her birthday. Dina explained that at that time when the cake arrived, people were teasing her as if they were expecting her to do what Alex did in her viral video.
“Oh, oh, oh, oh, ganun yung mga tao na parang nanunukso. Eh ang waiter parang natatakot na siya sa akin,” Ms. D shared, adding that she just said that she will not put cake on the waiter’s face.
She also said that it has become a joke and she just allowed it to be shared online but she has no intention to hurt the actress-vlogger. “If I hurt Alex’s feelings, it’s because na-post yun, sorry pero it was a joke. We were just having fun noong birthday ko,” Dina Bonnevie said.
As of this writing, Alex Gonzaga has not released a statement yet about the revelations that the veteran actress did against her.
