Dina Bonnevie reacted to Alex Gonzaga’s podcast about “artistang matanda”
Seasoned actress Dina Bonnevie is unbothered to being tagged “artistang matanda” by actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga.
To recall, Alex did a podcast about being an “anti-hero.” She shared a story about a veteran star who scolded her on the set for coming late supposedly without hearing her side of the story.
The actress-vlogger said that the “artistang matanda” painted her as a bad person due to her interview. This incident happened in 2011 and in 2018, Dina mentioned in an interview that she really reprimanded a younger actress for always coming to the set late and unprepared.
In a recent interview on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk, Dina Bonnevie confirmed that she really scolded Alex Gonzaga on the set of their past series. However, the seasoned actress said that it ended well between her and Alex after she expressed what they felt, including the other cast members of the series, about this matter.
Ms. D shared she is not angry with Alex even after that confrontation as she even guested on the latter’s show. The seasoned actress just recalled in an interview what happened on the set of their 2011 series because she was asked about it. Dina shared that she was specifically asked about the incident with Alex.
Then, Tito Boy asked if Ms. D did not feel alluded to in Alex’s podcast about the “artistang matanda.” The seasoned actress said that people would tell her to answer that statement made by Alex on her podcast because she was called “matanda.”
“Hindi ako na-offend na tinawag akong matanda. It’s true matanda na ako. I’m 61 but I’d like to see people at 61 and they’re still looking fresh,” Dina said.
