MMFF 2022 Film Entry “My Teacher” Earns Praise from Anthony Taberna
Veteran journalist Anthony “Ka Tunying” Taberna lauded the “My Teacher” entry film for Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2022.
The film My Teacher stars Henyo Master Joey de Leon, Ultimate Multimedia Feature Toni Gonzaga, Ronnie Alonte, and Loisa Andalio. Toni’s husband Paul Soriano directed the film, which was produced by TEN17P and APT Entertainment.
The film has been selected as an official entry for the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival. The film’s producers are Soriano and Gonzaga, as well as Mark Victor. Toni’s influence and millions of fans ensured that the film would not be a flop. According to her spouse, she is the most powerful celebrity today.
Meanwhile, a few days before the film’s premiere, news anchor/journalist Anthony Taberna applauded it. According to the report, Ka Tunying stated that in the film, Teacher Emma (Toni’s character) taught a nice lesson that she hoped would be a lesson for everyone.
“Ang ganda ng subject ni Ma’am Emma. It’s about communication. Talagang dapat matuto tayong mag-communicate sa isa’t isa. Magulang sa anak, estudyante sa titser, mga magkakaibigan,” he said.
“Ang laking bagay talaga ng komunikasyon,” the journalist added in his statement.
