Chinese National Offering P100k to Women to Do Live Shows Arrested
Police authorities arrested a Chinese National for allegedly recruiting women to do live shows and pimping them in Parañaque City.
A Chinese national was arrested in Parañaque City during an entrapment operation for supposedly recruiting models for a photo shoot but turned out to be pimping and doing a live show. The suspect is said to be offering the victim P100,000 in cash.
According to the report of GMA News, officers from the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) raided the suspect’s condominium unit. In such an operation, the suspect’s intended victims, two women, were saved.
According to the NCRPO, the suspect’s method is to recruit models on Facebook for the alleged photoshoot, for which P100,000 is supposed to be paid. When the female victim is in the suspect’s condominium apartment, however, he will act differently.
One of the victims stated that she simply assumed it was modeling. They are, however, pushing them to share an intimate moment with two men. What the suspect is doing is being live-streamed outside the country, according to NCRPO deputy director for operations Police Brigadier General Jack Wanky.
The Chinese national is being charged under the Trafficking in Persons Act and has not made a statement. It is also being investigated whether the individual is connected to the internet s3x syndicate raided by Parñaque Police last April.
