Joshua Garcia Reveals Reason Why He Stops His Vlogging on YouTube
Kapamilya actor and Darna star Joshua Garcia revealed some reasons why he stops his vlogging activity.
During his guesting on talent manager Ogie Diaz’s vlog, Joshua talked about the reason why he stopped posting vlogs. The young man claims that he decided to stop vlogging and focus on acting because he believes it is not truly for him.
“Ako, ang tagal kong tinigilan ang vlog. Nag-vlog lang ako nu’ng nag-pandemic kasi nga wala akong magawa, nasa bahay ka lang. ‘Yung time na ‘yon ‘yun ang trend,” he revealed.
“Halos lahat ng artista nagba-vlog noon. So sabi ko, ‘why not? Bakit di ko subukan?’ Pero malalaman mo kasi kapag para sa iyo,” Joshua said in Ogie’s vlog.
The leading man of Jane de Leon and Janella Salvador in ABS-CBN’s action-fantasy series “Darna”, said that he will develop new stuff for his followers to enjoy and learn from if he continues vlogging. He noted that he is still busy these days and doesn’t have enough time to do a vlog.
“Kung sakaling magbalik man ako gusto ko may content ako na ibibigay na hindi nakikita ng tao talaga. Kasi ngayon parang halos parehas na ang inilalabas,” said Joshua.
“Ngayon medyo busy pa. Hindi naman sa tinatamad (na mag-vlog). Marami lang ginagawa,” added the actor.
Joshua also admitted that he private his videos because after watching them for a while, he started to feel “baduy.” He even asked himself why he was doing such thing. But he insists that he is still making TikTok videos.
“Pinrivate ko nga ang mga videos ko kasi nu’ng pinapanood ko nu’ng tumatagal, ‘ang baduy ko naman dito, bakit ko ba ginawa ito?’ So private muna. Baka pag-arte lang ang kaya kong gawin sa ngayon,” the actor said in the interview.
It can be recalled that Joshua began doing vlogs in August of 2020, but many preferred his exciting and upbeat TikTok postings. Netizens, especially his supporters and other personalities were amused by his TikTok videos.
