Sunshine Dizon Opens Up About Tough Time She's Going Through Now

Actress Sunshine Dizon opened up about the tough time she is going through right now as she shared these photos taken from her hospital room.

Sunshine’s last TV project was the series Marry Me, Marry You featuring the tandem of Paulo Avelino and Janine Gutierrez. One of her recent Instagram posts about her showbiz engagement was about her PMPC for Movies 2023 Best Actress nomination.

On the morning of December 3, the actress shared a photo of her hand with an attached dextrose. Sunshine also showed a thermometer flashing 38.9 degrees Celcius temperature. The actress shared that she hopes it’s not Covid.

Then, Sunshine talked about her realizations. “Some people will love you enough to move mountains just to be with you, and some will have lame excuses because you are not and will never be their priority,” she said.

She also said that she is turning 40 next week and she has a lot of regrets. However, the actress said that she does not know how to go back to where she was before. Sunshine Dizon stressed that this is not about work but about “life-altering decisions.”

“Laying in a hospital bed alone at 3 am, I ask myself was it all really worth it?” the actress said, adding that she is praying that she can let go of her “baggage, hurt, and guilt.”

In her next post, Sunshine showed the medicines that she is taking. She admitted that in her current predicament, her mental health is also suffering. “And since I’m here alone feeling overwhelmed guess its time to admit what I’ve been going through recently,” she wrote.

Despite going through a tough time now, Sunshine Dizon still showed optimism. She said that there is nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it. The actress also acknowledges that it is hard to be stuck in her head but with her baby steps, she knows she will get better. “One day at a time,” the actress said.
