In the movie, Jodi played the character of Trisha while Coco’s character is Gabo and it is about their whirlwind love story. The actress shared during a press conference, based on the article in Manila Bulletin that when this project was pitched to her, she wasn’t doing anything and she really likes the theme.
“Naging open naman ako nung for pitching sa akin ng Star Cinema para dun sa story ng film and ako naman I wasn’t doing anything that time and yung story kasi is light and cute, and then I just knew that it is going to be fun,” Jodi Sta Maria said.
Then, the actress shared that being spontaneous during their takes was quite good. She admitted that exchanging lines with her leading man brought her “kilig” moments.
“Kasi binibigyan lang kami ng scene kaya nagbabatuhan na lang kami and hinahayaan na lang namin kung saan kami dalhin, so may mga scenes talaga na alam mo yung sumisipa bigla yung kilig,” the actress shared.
Meanwhile, Coco said that conceptualizing this movie was not that easy and it is because he has been doing his action-drama series for seven years. He wanted to show the audience his other side as an actor. The actor shared that he got help from director Malou Sevilla.
