Will Winwyn Marquez tie the knot soon w/ her partner?
Kapuso Winwyn Marquez talked about her future plan with her childhood sweetheart after having their daughter Luna.
Last May, Winwyn announced through her social media post that they welcomed their bundle of joy. It was December last year when the actress confirmed her pregnancy with her non-showbiz boyfriend.
Previously, Winwyn’s father Joey Marquez excitedly shared that tying of the knot will happen soon. In a recent interview, the mother of the Kapuso actress, seasoned actress Alma Moreno, shared that “pamamanhikan” already happened.
However, just just like Joey, Alma also avoided sharing details about the non-showbiz partner of Winwyn Marquez. It was just revealed that the guy is the actress’s childhood sweetheart and that he is close to her family.
During Luna’s baptism, the face of Winwyn’s partner was revealed in photos and this is something that excites her fans. Many netizens commented that the guy is handsome.
In a recent interview, Winwyn Marquez stressed that the wedding is not happening anytime soon. She said that her father is really excited about the wedding. However, she said that they will wait until Luna gets a little older.
“Gusto na kasi nila talaga. Excited na sila talaga pero we will get there. Pero gusto ko when I get married naglalakad na ‘yung anak ko. It’s better that way for us. Ang priority namin si Luna. We want to take care of her first. Darating din kami do’n sa pagpapakasal pero not now,” the Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 said.
Meanwhile, Winwyn shared that her father is really taking his duties as a grandfather seriously. She said that Joey would always call her as he wants to always see Luna’s face. “Ang sarap lang na inaalagaan nila ‘yung anak ko, nakikita nilang lumaki si Luna,” the actress added.
Winwyn Marquez also said that she loves being a mom and that this role is really fulfilling. For her, Luna is her lucky charm. When she was doing the press conference for the movie Nelia, she was six months pregnant.
The Kapuso star got her first Best Actress award at the 2022 International Film Festival Manhattan (IFFM) in New York City.
