Alex Gonzaga recalled this recent controversy about her
Actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga shared what her husband Lipa City Councilor Mikee Morada did when the online community was talking about her controversial video with fellow Lunch Out Loud host Matteo Guidicelli.
Back in August, a video of Matteo who appeared to be reprimanding Alex on air circulated on social media. The husband of Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo told his noontime show co-host to stop making jokes or pranking their partners.
Netizens criticized Alex because of this as they thought that what she is doing to her husband in her vlogs is already too much. However, LOL host KC Montero said that it was just a prank. Matteo also spoke about this clarified that the video was cut before the punch line and so people did not know that it was indeed a joke.
During Alex Gonzaga’s guesting on ALLTV’s TONI, the talk show of Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga, she recalled this issue. Alex said that prior to that episode of their noontime show, she and her husband already had a fight.
“Inaaway ko siya talaga,” Alex shared as Mikee was trying to pacify her at that time. “So, ako naman pinapalala ko yung sitwasyon,” the actress-vlogger added. After doing the noontime show, when she went home, Alex said that she already noticed that people were picking up what happened in the show.
When Toni texted Alex that she was already a trending topic online at that time, Mikee was just silent. The actress-vlogger said that she read comments that she is “walang kwentang asawa.”
Back then, Alex realized that she mistreated her husband because that morning she was trying to start a fight with Mikee. When they were about to sleep, and while feeling stressed because she was not yet apologizing to her husband, Alex received a sweet gesture from Mikee.
“Alam mo, niyakap ako ni Mikee. Niyakap niya ako, hinalikan niya ako. Parang no words, in-assure niya ako na okay, wala na tayong pag-uusapan,” Alex Gonzaga shared.
