Maxene Magalona Covers Dad Francis M’s Hit Song ‘Kaleidoscope World’

MAXENE MAGALONA – Actress Maxene Magalona released her own version of “Kaleidoscope World,” one of the hit songs of her late dad Francis Magalona.

Maxene Magalona is a Filipina actress, yoga teacher, and social media star. Her father is the late Master Rapper Francis Magalona.

The 35-year-old celebrity marked the celebration of World Mental Health Day by releasing her own version of “Kaleidoscope World.” The song is one of the hit songs of her dad.

In a post on her Instagram account last October 9, Maxene Magalona said she celebrated her father’s birthday last October 4 by recording the song. Maxene also urged people to check on friends who could be experiencing mental health issues. She revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness.

“This was one of Francis M’s most popular anthems back in the 90s with a message so powerful and timeless,” she said. “I thought of creating this version together with some of my artist friends as a gentle reminder that we are all connected to each other in love, peace and harmony.”

“We are not just here to survive. We are here to thrive and feel all the way alive,” she added.

In a separate IG post, Maxine Magalona thanked the band for being a part of her “dream project”, remarking how their participation in the song reflected “teamwork, unity, and love.”

“I’m so grateful to this group of amazing artists who helped me bring this dream project to life. To hold space for each other and be able to create and express ourselves freely as artists is the kind of energy our environment would have if we were living in peace and harmony. No competition, division and hatred. Just teamwork, unity and love. This is the Kaleidoscope World,” she stated.
