Kim Chiu is happy about her boyfriend’s endeavors
Chinita Princess Kim Chiu shared her thoughts on her boyfriend Kapuso star Xian Lim as a director.
Xian rose to fame as the leading man of Kim in the Kapamilya series My Binondo Girl from 2011 to 2012. From that, the KimXi tandem did a lot of projects together. Eventually, their onscreen partnership became a real romantic relationship.
Now, Xian has ventured into writing and directing and Kim is so proud of her boyfriend. The reel and real-life couple has a reunion movie Always and this is something that excites the KimXi fandom.
In a recent media conference for their new project together, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Kim Chiu expressed her support for Xian Lim as a director.
“Ang dami niyang kayang gawin and nandoon din ‘yung artistic side niya, so iba siya gumawa ng pelikula passion talaga. Binubuhos niya talaga lahat ng kaya niyang gawin and which is nakakahanga talaga kasi pinagugugulan niya talaga ng time and effort and binubuhos niya talaga lahat doon,” the It’s Showtime host said.
With this, the Kapuso actor said that he is thankful for the support he is receiving from his girlfriend. Xian also appreciates that Kim is very understanding. He shared that there were times that he would bring his laptop during their dates because he is writing a story. At times, Kim also shares her input when it comes to the certain parts he wants to do in his story.
“She is very understanding sa time na kakain sa time ko and my love for film making. Ito ‘yung singil sa akin bilang isang aspiring film maker,” the actor shared about Kim Chiu.
Xian Lim also shared that the movie Hello Universe, which he wrote and directed, is set to be released. Meanwhile, the movie Always, under Viva Films, is set to be released in cinemas on September 28.
