Kylie Padilla was asked about her estranged husband
Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla reacted to the rumors that she will file a case against her estranged husband Aljur Abrenica and his rumored girlfriend AJ Raval.
Just recently, rumors surfaced that AJ is pregnant with Aljur’s baby. However, the Viva actress has been denying this by flaunting her fit figure on social media. She also confirmed that the reason behind her sudden departure from their lock-in taping was that she tested positive for COVID-19.
Amid this rumor, Kylie shared her photo which garnered a reaction from netizens saying that it appeared to be her way of saying that she is unbothered by the rumors that AJ is pregnant. Technically speaking, Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica are still legally married.
Because of this, during a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Kylie was asked about the rumors that she will sue her estranged husband and his rumored girlfriend. “There is no issue at all about this. We’ve mutually agreed noon pa that we can date other people, so stop dragging my name into this,” she said.
The Kapuso actress also stressed that her priority now is her kids. “I’m just happy and thankful na nakabalik ako sa aking acting career,” she added.
Speaking of career, Kylie Padilla had her TV comeback through the series Bolera with Rayver Cruz and Jak Roberto. She said that this project was a unique vehicle to return to showbiz. The actress also shared that she is already considering some of the projects being offered to her.
Aside from TV projects, Kylie has started shooting for her movie with Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson in Switzerland. Just recently, photos taken during their shoot in locations where scenes from the hit K-drama series Crash Landing On You were shot surfaced on social media.
