The Nothing Phone (1) was officially announced on July 12, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone is available in two colors: Black and White. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + Fast charging 33W + Wireless charging 15W + Reverse wireless charging 5W + Power Delivery 3.0 + Quick Charge 4.0.

Body & Display:

The device is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), glass back (Gorilla Glass 5), and an aluminum frame. It measures 159.2 x 75.8 x 8.3 mm and weighs 193.5 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.55 inches OLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Platform:

Phone (1) is powered by the Qualcomm SM7325-AE Snapdragon 778G+ 5G (6 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 642L. It runs on the Android 12 + Nothing OS operating system. It comes in variants such as 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 12GB RAM.

Main Camera:

Nothing Phone (1) sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 50-megapixel (wide) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features LED flash, panorama, and HDR.

Selfie Camera:

For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include USB OTG, USB Type-C 2.0, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, and NFC. Its sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, proximity, gyro, and compass.
