Here’s the inspiring fitness journey of Rachel Peters eight months postpartum.

RACHEL PETERS – Former Miss Universe Philippines Queen Rachel Peters shares how her body improved after she gave birth eight months ago.

Giving birth and motherhood is not only life-changing but also body-changing. It can make a woman gain weight and returning back to their body pre-birth will take hard work. And as for beauty queen Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters, she’s still in the process of having her old body back but she can now see the improvement and she is inspiring.

She shared photos of her body two months and eight months after giving birth. Before, she had a flabby tummy, loose skin both in her arms and legs, and wide hips. But eight months after, with the help of her trainer, she lost weight and the significant changes are now obvious.

She’s now thinner, has a more flat tummy, and has toner arms and legs. She also looks happy because exercising did not only help her physically but it also help her be better mentally.

On Instagram, she expressed, “I workout not with the goal of going back to my pre pregnancy weight or measurements but to be the healthiest, strongest (necessary cuz Kaia is getting heavy!!!) version of myself for my daughter.”

According to her, it is consistency and having a coach that really helped her lose weight. She also loves it when she’s slowly fitting into her old clothes again because she doesn’t like spending money on new ones based on her post.
