Rabiya Mateo talked about her possible future project with Jeric Gonzales
Beauty queen-turned-actress Rabiya Mateo shared something about the first project that she did with her now-boyfriend actor Jeric Gonzales.
Rabiya and Jeric had the chance to work together for the first time in the Kapuso show Wish Ko Lang! Both of them are now under the management of Sparkle, the talent management company of GMA.
Previously, Rabiya has already signed a network contract. She was one of the new talents of Sparkle while Jeric had his contract renewal. In an interview during the event, based on the article in PEP, the real-life couple was asked if they want to work together on a project in the future.
Rabiya Mateo was the first who answered and she mentioned their first project. After their Wish Ko Lang episode in November last year, Rabiya and Jeric were spotted together in several instances. They confirmed their relationship last March.
“Of course naman. Nagsimula kami ni Jeric sa Wish Ko Lang! at binakuran na niya ako agad! Hahaha!” the Ilongga beauty said.
She added that she is happy about their career individually but it is still a good thing if they will work together on a project. Jeric also feels happy about this. “Ako, siyempre palagi ko namang gustong maka-work si Rabiya,” the actor said.
He also said that if they will be given a chance, he wants to be the leading man of Rabiya. “Yun din yung masaya dito na sabay kami nag-sign and sabay din kaming magu-grow dito and marami rin kaming opportunities na puwedeng pagsamahan together so I’m excited,” Jeric Gonzales.
The boyfriend of Rabiya Mateo is hoping that their dream to have a project together will reach the management of GMA. “Sana, baka naman,” the actor said.
