Barbie Forteza enjoyed sharing the same frame with two veteran actresses
Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza talked about her experience working with veteran actresses Charo Santos-Concio and Boots Anson Roa-Rodrigo in the movie Until She Remembers.
Barbie said that it was a great honor for her to share the same frame with these two iconic actresses. In the movie, her character is a 16-year-old high school student named Angel. She is the granddaughter of Concha, the character played by Charo.
Based on the article in PEP, Barbie received comments that she had a believable portrayal of a high school student.

“Talaga po ba? Nag-bangs pa nga po siya doon, di ba nga? Naku, sana po ay suportahan nyo po ang aming upcoming film, Until She Remembers,” the Kapuso actress said about the praise she received.
When asked about her relationship with Charo and Boots on the set, she said that the two veteran actresses were “bagets na bagets.” They would do TikTok with her.
Barbie also described the seasoned stars as full of grace, very gracious, and very respectful to everyone.
“Alam po natin na siyempre sa estado nila, hindi na naman nila kailangang gawin yun, pero sa kanila pa talaga nanggagaling yung respeto at yung courtesy to be kind to everyone,” she shared.

In the movie, Barbie’s character is someone who feels that she is not receiving love. She will have her journey finding what true love is. Director Brillante Mendoza shared that the Kapuso star would receive comments that she is snobbish, but in reality, she was just in character as she arrived on the set.
“Actually, sa totoo lang, hindi ko alam kung supladita or mas talagang focused. Kasi, since wala ho kaming script, kapag nagsasalita si Direk, I wanna make sure na I get everything,” she said.
Barbie Forteza previously shared that this movie was really challenging for her because there was no script. Their natural reactions to the situation were the most important thing for Direk Brillante.
