Fans has this unified plea for the term of President Nadine
Actress Nadine Lustre has been tagged by her fans “President Nadine” and her supporters are clamoring to extend her term.
The said tag that fans are connecting to the name of Nadine started as a joke but eventually they grabbed the idea to consider her as a high official. In a previous interview, when the actress was asked about this tag, she said that it gives her an overwhelming feeling as she is being recognized by other people.
However, she also stressed that being President Nadine has a responsibility attach to it. This makes her more careful and conscious of her acts and the words that she is saying.
It is known to many that Nadine Lustre supported the presidential candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo. The actress even did a campaign ad channeling her position as president. In the video, she was stressing the qualities that she wants the next president to have.
Unfortunately, Nadine and all Kakampinks’ aspiration to have VP Leni as the next president will not be happening. UniTeam’s presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos is leading the partial and unofficial count of Comelec.
With this, based on the article in Inquirer, fans of Nadine expressed that they want her term to be extended. Palanca-winning author and scriptwriter Jerry Gracio shared this tweet: “Due to massive vote buying and other election-related anomalies, we hereby extend the presidency of Her Excellency Nadine Lustre.”
There were also other netizens who tweeted with the same thought. “It’s official! Nadine Lustre’s term as President of the Philippines has been extended for another 6 years. Congratulations Miss [Nadine Lustre],” Twitter user @beeylat posted while Twitter user @Hanjelle said, “NADINE LUSTRE FOR 2028 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS NA RIN!”
