This is the tiny house Yeng Constantino and her husband have built for themselves.
YENG CONSTANTINO – Kapamilya singer Yeng Constantino gives us a glimpse of her rest house – their dream tiny home.
The farmhouse that Yeng Constantino and her husband have been building is finally finished. It just lacks decorations and other furniture but it’s already complete enough for it to be livable. In her latest vlog, the Kapamilya singer showed to use the inside of their dream tiny house in Quezon Province.
Their tiny house doesn’t look tiny from the outside perspective and according to Yeng, this is because of the wide illusion their terrace is making. The whole house comprises the colors white and neutral. It also has cement-finished surfaces that’s giving the whole structure an industrial vibe.
The neutral and white colors, on the other hand, balance the whole appearance as they give touches of a modern look and minimalistic interior to the house. Also, completing the whole aesthetic of their tiny home is the use of anahaw leaves on their roof and accenting some walls with banig that makes it look tropical as well.
The building of their dream home required cutting off some trees for their safety. This is a heartbreaking part for Yeng but they have to do it. In return, they made sure to plant a hundred mahogany trees to prevent natural disasters like landslides in the area where their house is standing.
“To make the mountain stronger, para walang maging landslide, prinepara na rin namin ang mga mahogany. 100 mahogany ang tinanim namin dito,” says Yeng. Their house has a rough finish. It features a spacious balcony, high-ceiling living room, a lof bed, a tiny kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath tub.
