Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo revealed the factors that convinced her to accept the 2 Good 2 Be True project, aside from the fact that this is her reunion project with her boyfriend Daniel Padilla.

Kathryn and Daniel‘s previous project amid the pandemic was House Arrest Of Us and their fans are craving for more. When it was revealed that the reel and real-life couple will have a new project, KathNiel fans got so excited.

Based on a recent report from ABS-CBN, Kathryn shared several reasons why she finally gave her nod to this project with Daniel. She said that their home network has provided what they wanted.

The celebrity asked for a sitcom and indeed, they were given the genre that they like. They also asked to have Mae Cruz Alviar to be their director and once again, they got what they requested.

Then, Kathryn Bernardo said that when she knew veteran actor Ronaldo Valdes said yes, there was no reason for her to turn this project down. She said that it was like a sign for her from the universe to accept this project.

The actress also pointed out that this project has a good story. “Very relevant ‘yung story. Maraming ma-ta-tackle na hindi natin alam,” Kathryn said.

The 2 Good 2 Be True sitcom is set to start streaming on May 16 on ABS-CBN’s various online platforms.
