Here’s the luxury price of the luxurious beach house owned by Enrique Gil. Check out some details here!
ENRIQUE GIL – From Php 85 million, the beach house of Enrique Gil is now priced at Php 75 million, and here’s a tour of this paradise.
Last 2014, the construction of the beach house of Enrique Gil and his family started. The whole construction was a bit of a challenge because the material would need to be transported through the sea and the weather, most of the time, is not on their side. But after two years, their palazzo sitting in front of a beach got completed.
Their property is found in Anilao, Batangas. The whole point of their beach house project is for them to have a place to relax and it’s also a tribute to them who are all beach lovers. Apart from the view of the vast ocean, it also holds the view of the breathtaking mountain ranges of the province.
The whole building is comprised of five stories that span 1,041 square meters. It has a modern ivory exterior with glass parapets and a wooden fence. Someone from the outside can actually be mistaken it’s a mini-resort.
It also has its own private dock and motorboat which are included for sale. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two swimming pools. Every corner of it is picturesque and Instagrammable. If the house looks refreshing from the outside, it’s even more refreshing on the inside. It consists of neutral and brown palettes which are very pleasing to the eyes along with the natural light from the outside.
According to the report from Philstar, the reason why they’re putting it on sale at Php 75 million is that they are planning to build a resort. He said, “I bought another property beside it that’s like a hectare sa may coastline na gusto ko gawing resort. Sabi ko, ‘Let’s just stick with the plan na lang — Let’s just sell this house and then let’s just build the resort here. Mas malaki pa ‘yung place.”
