HERLENE BUDOL – Previously, Hipon Girl was the guest of Karen Davila in her vlog and as promised, she gave her the income of the vlog.

Last April 2, famous broadcaster Karen Davila uploaded the vlog she had with television personality Herlene Budol, also known as Hipon Girl. In the same vlog, the comedian opened up about her plans and intentions in joining the Binibining Pilipinas pageant this year which she really did and now, she’s among the final candidates after passing the final screening.

And as promised, Davila personally delivered the money that their vlog has generated. She promised Budol that she will give her the proceeds of their video. She decided to give the income after Budol mentioned that she is planning to have their house renovated.

On her social media page, the aspiring beauty queen announced that she has received Php 100,000.00 from the TV Patrol anchor. Accordingly, the amount from the earnings of their video is a big help for her and her family now that her work is limited because of joining the pageant. The blessing poured on her – she passed the BBP final screening and received a hefty amount from the news anchor.

Accordingly, she was not allowed to work for three months because of some policy from the organization that strictly needed to be followed. She said in her post, “Mam Karen, God bless you more po at malaking tulong po eto para sa aking pamilya at ibibigay ko po eto kay Nanay Bireng at Tatay Oreng ko. Salamat ng Marami 🙏dahil 3 mons ako bawal mag tanggap ng trabaho at endorsement sa policy ng Binibining Pilipinas.”

Prior to Davila’s generosity, Toni Gonzaga also did the same thing for Budol. In the interview with the Toni Talks host, she admitted that she returned to zero when the pandemic happened. She spent all her savings for them to survive and during that time, work is scarce.
