Online Community Slams Lady Car Owner After Urging Food Panda Biker to Pay P2, 800 Over Slight Scratch on Her Vehicle
A lady car owner urges a Food Panda biker to pay P2, 800 for a slight scratch on her vehicle after an unexpected incident.
A Facebook user named Dhrei Versified has shared the photos of a lady car owner urging a delivery rider to pay P2, 800 for a slight scratch on her vehicle. The post goes viral and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Dhrei narrated that he is cleaning his motorcycle when a strong wind blew the Food Panda worker’s bike and bumped into a car. The delivery employee is currently waiting for the order of his customer during that time.
The concerned netizen and the security guard picked up the bike and wiped the car. The incident leaves a small scratch on the car prompting the guard to call the car owner and instructed the Panda biker to stay.
The guard explained the incident and the lady car owner urged the delivery rider to pay P2, 800 for the damage. Unfortunately, the hardworking employee do not have such amount of cash and apologized to the woman.
The Food Panda biker offered to pay P1, 000 but the woman refused to accept his offer.

Habang naglilinis ako ng motor. Biglang natumba yung bike sa likod ko dahil sa lakas ng hangin. Tumama sa kotse sa tabi. Dalawa kami ng guard na nakasaksi ng pangyayare.
Yung may-ari ng bike nasa loob ng #tapakingjupiter inaantay yung food na idedeliver niya sa customer ng #foodpanda sa halagang P49.00 na delivery charge na Ang magiging kapalit pala ay P2800.
Nagdalawang isip akong itayo yung bike, pero ginawa ko pa din. Nagkaroon ng konting gasgas. Tinry namin punasan kaya lalong lumiit yung gasgas.
Tinanong ako ng guard kung halata pa ba, sabe ko hindi naman na halata. Nagdesisyon yung guard na tawagin yung may-ari at wag paalisin yung food panda.
Nung dumating yung may-ari, nakikipag areglo agad sa FOOD PANDA na magbayad na Lang siya kung hindi magpapulis daw siya. Sa takot ng rider umiiyak siyang nakiusap na baka pwede MAGBIGAY na Lang siya ng 1,000 agad agad kase di niya kaya bayaran Yung 2800. Hindi na lang daw niya ireremit yung benta niya sa panda para lang makabayad.
Hindi pumayag si madam sa halagang Isang libo. Katwiran niya ilang araw daw siya magcocommute mula cavite pag pinagawa niya sa casa yung kotse. Maabala daw siya at magagastusan.
Samantala, yung pinick up niya na pagkain di pa din niya nahahatid. Mabuti na Lang nakausap na niya yung may-ari ng food at naintindihan naman ang sitwasyon.
Hindi pumayag si panda sa areglo dahil wala talaga siyang halagang 2,800 na ibbayad at pangalawang araw lng niya sa pagdedeliver sa FoodPanda.
