Isko Moreno accused Leni Robredo letting her supporters bully him
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno called Vice President Leni Robredo “godmother of bullies” after she allegedly asked other presidential candidates to withdraw.
During the Easter Sunday joint press conference that Moreno did with presidential candidates Senator Ping Lacson and former defense secretary Norberto Gonzales, the Mayor said that the camp of VP Leni has been trying to convince them to back out from the race.

Based on the report from Inquirer, the Manila Mayor said that the Vice President is the Number 1 bully. “Ang tanong ko, kayo lang ba ang may karapatan tumakbo? Kayo lang ba ang may karapatan na maging kandidato sa pagkapangulo? Kayo lang ba ang magaling?” he said.
The presidential candidate of Aksyon Demokratiko also claimed that VP Leni and her supporters are bullies as he cited a businessman who is supporting the Vice President and threatened to fire employees who support other presidential candidates.
“Some of them said ‘no to bully,’ but Leni is the No. 1 bully. That’s why I’m against bullies. They crossed the line, so I will not stop going after them. They burned the bridges. They do not respect you. They look down on you. That’s why people do not like them,” the actor-turned-politician said.
Mayor Isko Moreno also tagged the presidential candidate of the Angat Buhay Lahat team as the “godmother of bullies,” based on the report from ABS-CBN. “When you allow bullying, you are the biggest bully. You’re the godfather of bullies. In this case, the godmother,” he said.
However, the camp of VP Leni Robredo has denied that there were attempts coming from their end to ask other presidentiables to withdraw. With this, Mayor Isko blatantly said that he is challenging the Vice President and her campaign manager Bam Aquino to deny his claim.
