The Infinix Zero 5G was officially announced on February 8, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone was launched in Cosmic Black, Skylight Orange, Horizon Blue colors. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + fast charging 33W.
Body & Display:
The smartphone is built with a glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back. It features a 6.78 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution. It measures 168.7 x 76.5 x 8.8 mm and weighs 199 grams.
Platform:
Zero 5G runs on the Android 11 + XOS 10 operating system. It is powered by Mediatek MT6877 Dimension 900 5G (6 nm) processor coupled with Mali-G68 MC4 graphics processing unit (GPU).
The device is packed with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage option can be expanded up to 256GB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Infinix Zero 5G consists of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (telephoto) + 2-megapixel. It features Quad-LED flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
The smartphone has a tiny punch-hole screen that houses a 16-megapixel (wide) camera. It also features a dual-LED flash.
Connectivity options on the phone include GPS with A-GPS, FM radio, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, hotspot, Bluetooth, USB Type-C 2.0, and USB OTG. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
