Karen Davila Says She’s Not Allowed for Political Interview on YouTube Channel
Veteran journalist Karen Davila said that she is not allowed to hold a political interview on her personal YouTube channel.
On her Youtube account, the TV Patrol anchor is unable to include a political figure. She explained this on Wednesday, January 26 in response to repeated calls from her devoted fans for her to begin her own presidential interviews.
“I have read all your messages and am getting several requests to feature some of your favorite candidates or do a Presidential interview on the channel,” Karen said in her statement on Youtube on Wednesday.

After joining ABS-main CBN’s news show in 2021, the broadcast journalist’s channel has been confined to inspirational stories. As one of the TV Patrol’s news anchors, she claims she is forbidden from doing political interviews on her vlog, especially during election season.
“Kung mapapansin nyo po, huling political personality na nakausap ko ay si Dr. Willie Ong, at inilabas po yon bago po ako sumali sa TV Patrol,” she said.
She further stressed that the programming sought by his ardent fans should only be broadcast by ABS-CBN or the ANC. She stated that all political and election-related programming will only be shown on ABS-CBN or the ANC.
Her vlog’s topic, on the other hand, will continue to showcase inspirational stories from well-known people. Meanwhile, Karen will be one of the moderators at the Presidential Forum, which is being held by the Philippine Broadcasters Association (KBP), ABS-CBN, TV5, CNN Philippines, DZRH, and Bombo Radyo in collaboration with the Philippine Broadcasters Association (KBP).
In the Pulse Asia poll, it still has the top five Presidential candidates. Based on the report, the forum will be broadcast on a variety of media sites on Friday, February 4.
