A lawyer was “nadulas” when he called Leni Robredo “Madam President”
Vice President Leni Robredo was mistakenly called “Madam President” by Atty. Mike Toledo during the MEET THE PRESIDENTIABLES: Economic Reforms in the New Frontier on One News.
On January 21, VP Leni was the presidential candidate who answered questions about her plans if she will be elected to be the next Chief Executive of the Philippines. There were questions about the infrastructure programs and plans of the Vice President when it comes to dealing with the current health crisis.
She also highlighted the efforts that her Angat Buhay Program is doing, especially when it comes to empowering women. The presidential aspirant from the opposition also answered some personal questions.
One of the things that caught the attention of the online community was the portion when Atty. Toledo mistakenly called VP Leni Robredo “Madam President.” Twitter user @lakwatsarah shared a clip of this.
“Thank you Madam President, rather, Madam Vice President,” the lawyer who hosted the forum said. It can be seen on the screen that the presidential aspirant smiled upon hearing what the lawyer said but went into a serious mood when the next question was about to be asked.
As of this writing, the Twitter post about this “nadulas” statement of the lawyer already has almost 9 thousand views, more than three hundred retweets and quote tweets, and almost 2 thousand likes.
