“Massage Girl” Skips Isolation for Massage, Refuse to Return to Facility

Massage Girl Refuse to Return to Quarantine Facility After Having Massage

A taxi driver exposes that ‘massage girl’ refused to return to the quarantine facility after she allegedly skipped the mandatory isolation for returning Filipinos.

According to a taxi driver, after being picked up at the airport, a balikbayan woman went straight to a massage at a condo complex in Taguig instead of the quarantine facility. According to the article, the cab driver gave a sworn statement in order to pursue the returning woman known as “massage girl.”

The lady landed in the Philippines at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 on December 22. The balikbayan was brought with its belongings to the Taguig apartment instead of the hotel for its obligatory quarantine, according to the taxi driver.

The woman allegedly instructed him to return in the afternoon to transport her to the Makati quarantine facility. However, the woman claimed stated in the afternoon that she had canceled her reservation at the quarantine facility.

The balikbayan lawyer claims that his client is willing to accept responsibility for his actions. In addition, he will submit a counter-affidavit. The lawyer stated that she has no malicious motive to transmit the sickness or to prove that he is negative.

“My client came from a 13-hour flight she had to wait for two hours for her to be pick up. Siyempre may regulasyon and then may magsasabi sa kaniya hindi ginagawa naman po dito.. ganun ganyan puwede naman po ganyan of course that state your vulnerable you will not know the proper regulation if the people around you is saying okay lang yan ano gagawin mo,” explained Atty. Marvin Aceron, balikbayan lawyer.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) stated, however, that the balikbayan contradicted the facts acquired. According to Attorney Atty. Massage Girl did not intend to be quarantined, according to Bernard Dela Cruz, chief of the NBI Special Action Unit, because she did not ride the scheduled conveyance that was intended to transfer her to the institution.

The balikbayan also allegedly informed the cab driver that she had completed the Bureau of Quarantine’s (BOQ) requirements and was no longer subject to obligatory quarantine. He clearly did not follow the pledge and instruction he signed at the airport, according to Roberto Salvador, the BOQ’s deputy director.

Next Monday, the NBI is anticipated to file a complaint against balikbayan. The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), according to Interior Secretary Eduardo Ao, is also investigating the event.
