After an app-based delivery rider detected suspected illegal substances called “shabu” in the box he was transporting, Taguig City Police apprehended a Chinese resident. The rider first questioned what the sender had brought to him from Baclaran when he was not allowed to take the photo item, according to the rider’s report.
He went on to say that the sender allegedly give him only a P100 delivery fee and move. When the package’s drop-off location was changed multiple times, his suspicions about it grew.
