DUTERTE RESPONDS TO QUIBOLOY – Recently, the founder of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), Pastor Apollo Quiboloy faced several accusations.

Quiboloy has become a controversial figure for many years now. Still, the Pastor has lived comfortably with his followers in Davao. However, Quiboloy now faces sexual abuse allegations from the United States.

Currently, Quiboloy is President Duterte’s spiritual adviser. But, with the new accusations thrown toward him, what will Duterte do?

According to his spokesperson, Duterte would “execute laws accordingly”. Based on an article from Philstar, acting spokesperson, Karlo Nograles said:

As a lawyer and former prosecutor, and the chief executive of the country, he will execute the laws accordingly

Earlier, the Department of Justice said the Pastor won’t receive any special treatment. Furthermore, the DOH emphasized it already has an existing extradition treaty with the United States.

US prosecutors filed charges against the Pastor and two other officials of the KOJC for allegedly creating a sex trafficking operation. The charges claimed the pastor would threaten young girls with “eternal damnation” if they don’t follow his orders.

Teresita Dandan and Felina Salinas were the other two that were tagged in the charges. Dandan was said to be an international administrator. Meanwhile, Salinas collected and secured passports and other documents.

The US prosecutors said the three recruited girls aged 12 to 25 to work as assistants or “pastorals” for Quiboloy. The victims were said to prepare meals for the pastor, clean his residence, give him massages, and were required to do “night duties”.

Quiboloy’s camp quickly denied the claims. Additionally, Quiboloy stated that he has forgiven all of his accusers.
