Here’s what Jeric Raval stressed about the negative comments thrown at his daughter
Action star Jeric Raval reacted to the “kabit” tag being associated with his daughter newbie actress AJ Raval because of actor Aljur Abrenica.
It was inevitable that AJ would receive bashing because of her blooming romance with Aljur and it is simply because of the fact that the actor is still married to his estranged wife Kylie Padilla.
Although Kylie already said that she and Aljur agreed that they can date other people already after they decided to separate. Based on the article in Manila Bulletin, Jeric Raval shared in a recent interview that his daughter got affected by the bashing she received.
Previously, the action star said he has nothing against Aljur but he just wants everything to be properly done because after all, AJ is his daughter. Jeric reiterated this in a recent interview.
“Ako wala akong masamang tinapay kay Aljur, although kababayan ko ‘yan pareho kaming Kapampangan,” he said adding that if he really likes AJ, he can do nothing about this because not all the time he can be on the watch for his daughter.
As Aljur and Kylie are still legally married, AJ has been received “kabit” comments. With this, Jeric Raval said, “Kasi kahit anong sabihin natin, kasal pa rin si Aljur at tsaka si Kylie. At walang magulang na gusto niya ang anak niya ay parang kabit. Walang magulang na ganu’n.”
The action star also said that he told his daughter to the courting stage properly because he does not want him to be accused of being the third party. Both Aljur and Kylie already clarified that AJ was not the reason for their breakup.
